You don't consider the words of the "president" of Iran to be tangible?
He has repeatedly stated Iran's intent to remove the Jews from the planet.
Also suggesting to do the same for anyone helping the Jews.

All of the afore mentioned nuclear powered nations have acted responsible with the power they wield.

Here is the strongest reason I can think of as an American citizen:
Iran is not an ally of the United States. Therefore, I do not want a non ally to possess nuclear weapons. The word "fair" does not apply in this case.
I would rather annihilate than be annihilated.
