New Gov it would appear is not really into sharing his thoughts and opinions, maybe he thinks it is below the Russian way to actually talk about something.

I think the title of the video explains it all: power corrupts. Its a general statement for all people and all soldiers in wartime. This scene is no different than a million others in a hundred other wars.

They were wrong to do it, and I hate to see videos like this because there are people and even soldiers who dont act civilly when not under restraint.

But honestly can you just compile all your anti-US "warcrime" videos into one thread and be done with it...?
