I have had several angelic experiences, too and they weren't near death experiences. I was healthy and awake when each one happened so I guess I'm the other crazy old lady of this forum (although I'm not really crazy, just different.)
Maybe people in India don't see the same angels because people will see what they have been culturally-conditioned to see when a being of energy appears.

I've often contemplated the physics of what an afterlife would be like. We can clearly see that the bodies of the dead don't magically rise up when we turn our backs and become animate again. So, if any sort of rebirth in THIS world is to happen, it would involve some sort of ethereal spirit. Exactly how any of this would work - I'm not sure, but I personally think that some people go to great lengths to try and prove ghosts or spirits (they HAVE to exist, right?) when in reality, there isn't much evidence to suggest their presence.
Am I saying that I KNOW there aren't ghosts? Nah - I couldn't know that until I'm dead. But I've seen plenty of wonderful ESP providers, hooking people up with their loved ones beyond the grave.... such as this gem: Beyond the Grave! |

Of course it makes them uncomfortable. For a lot of people, the thought of ceasing to exist entirely and utterly upon death is just too damn scary. But which is better--deluding yourself to make you feel better, or accepting the truth like a grown-up?

But when you accuse me of being hopeless and you shove your pity in my face, that's when you become my enemy and I will fight to the death to help you see your father very soon. Big difference between those two statements. Your choice. |
