I would have no qualms nationalizing every last oil company and converting them into a not-for-profit workers' councils.

If the Asian banks that have bought up our national debt take over, it may be the yen. I can just hear an elementary school class reciting the pledge of allegiance - "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the unitied banks of Asia."
