I believe the perfect government is a dictator that makes the perfect decision every time, but that not realistic.

I would not want to be a national leader in the spotlight all the time...I'm more of a behind the scenes type of guy.

Please, explicate. If it's still a dictatorship of any sort, it's a horrible idea and shouldn't be implemented anywhere. If it's some odd term meaning "rule by the working class," that also can't work because no matter what it'll gravitate toward oligarchy, only instead of rich merchants being the rulers it'll be inner party members, like in the USSR.
