I agree with everything you've said, but isn't the defining point the last two sentences, that conservatives generally don't want to change what's going on?
Because that would still be consistent with what you've said, seeing the present situations.

To tell the truth, the difference over all is the "liberal" aka neo-libeal is really the people that smoked dope and could give a flying rats *** about anything in the 1960s and early 70s. Really yes the commie was in the college system back in the 40s, 50s and really so today. So its more or less keeps on going. These are the people that want to destroy Marriage and think people that have aids sould spread it all over the place. Also these our the people that want us to surrender everything and even our country. Hell some of these people even believe in one world. In which would be so controled by the commies and islamis that freedom would be wiped off the face of this planet in less then a decade.
But hey keep believeing the cool aid. In no I'm no freaking Bush bot or Republican loving idiot. They screwed me when they joined with the democrats for illigals coming over our borders destroying everything in site. Enjoy your nap because it is almost over.

Cool aid is something you drink when you don't have pop or other to drink. Nap over, because just look at france being burnt to understand why. Also take a trip to central America.

I'm genuinely confused, what do those have to do with liberalism and conservatism?

To tell the truth, the difference over all is the "liberal" aka neo-libeal is really the people that smoked dope and could give a flying rats darn about anything in the 1960s and early 70s. Really yes the commie was in the college system back in the 40s, 50s and really so today. So its more or less keeps on going. These are the people that want to destroy Marriage and think people that have aids should spread it all over the place. Also these our the people that want us to surrender everything and even our country. Hell some of these people even believe in one world. Which would be so controlled by the commies and Islamics that freedom would be wiped off the face of this planet in less then a decade.
Also they believe in murdering millions of babies. Hell they go around the world accusing America of being all the bad in the world. I truly think that America should just close its borders and give no more aid to the darn world. But yes the left will do nothing about that. So nothing what so ever could make these people happy. Nothing short.

Political distinctions change when major political events force change. The revolutionary war, the civil war, the great depression, the civil rights movement, and just recently, the Iraq War as it relates to liberal Jewish Democrats changing their party affiliation to conservative republicanism.
I am afraid, Dustin, you will have to hit the history books a bit harder and study these social upheavals a bit more closely to actually trace the path of these political convergences to get a full answer to your question. But political distinctions nowadays are used by the political elite more to pacify the electorate than anything else. Political distinctions are used by the power elite to maintain the illusion of democratic governance that has long ago been stolen by the moneyed interests. |

I think the extremes are being played now because what was once social programs of tax dollars, like medicare, social security which was to have been a trust fund but form which both parties have taken money, is now a corporate welfare system of the neocons...using your tax dollars to give to the rich and take it from the poor...like the lack of funds for veterans, but the stolen money not looked into by congress from the contractors in Iraq...
