Yep, and if you had two brain cells they'd be well-hidden.

Lying can be justified. Telling an outright lie, something you know empirically to be untrue, is almost always wrong. (There are a few exceptions.)

Lying about your opinion is slightly different. I think that can be okay in some contexts, but not in others.

Ah... but the fact that there exists even one possible solution opens the whole realm of lying up to moral subjectivity.

Yes now this is harder to answer.
1) However, while this may not be entirely practicle, but it's only a debate forum anyway, morally you are wrong to lie. You should inform your gilrfriend politely that she does indeed look a little fatter in that, however don't say that, instead say: "you look lovely in anything."
2) Well this one you should probably inform her of the hairdresser's mistake so she doesn't go out with her orange hairdo.
