New Jersey is at the top of the list and Alaska is at the bottom.

A panda walks into a cafe. He orders a sandwich, eats it, then draws a gun and fires two shots in the air.

"Why?" asks the confused waiter, as the panda makes toward the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder.

"I'm a panda," he says at the door. "Look it up."

Not a surprise that Alaska is last, considering they have that big fund that they use to give the citizens of Alaska money each year.

I have noticed that whenever federal taxes go down, state and local taxes end up going up.

Oregon, 26th! Square in the middle (at 9.4%, .3% under the national average).
