The main argument I see in vaccinations is the preservative. It has been banned in Europe and other 'commonwealth' nations. However, it is still in use here. It is due to be phased out....but that will take awhile. Some high volume vaccinses such as tetanus, no longer have it.

Vaccines like the HPPV have not been adequately tested on the aga range they are trying to inject. This in my book is a no no. Testing does exist for older females (late teens, early 20's). However, I will not submit my children for those testing purposes. That is simply being a responsible parent.

Quarantine is not a medical procedure and, even then, I'm not entirely convinced that it is always appropriate.

"Why?" asks the confused waiter, as the panda makes toward the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder.

"I'm a panda," he says at the door. "Look it up."

The waiter turns to the relevant entry and, sure enough, finds an explanation.

"Panda. Large black-and-white bear-like mammal, native to China. Eats, shoots and leaves."

It is not the role of government to dictate to parents how they should RAISE their children (starving their children is obviously not raising them). Besides, what's wrong with letting nature thin out the herd every once in a while?

This isn't to mention the harm that would affect society in epidemics if enough people decided to "opt out" for any reason. But he doesn't care if plagues hit society. He's a selfish child who has been raised in a society largely free of diseases that kill millions of people precisely because said society has relatively strict standards medically.
Society exists for the benefit of the individual, not the other way around. Society has no inherent right to exist. As for your selfish child remark, keep in mind that you're still just a little boy and don't have a clue.

Society exists for the benefit of the individual, not the other way around; and individual liberty will always be far more important than the so-called "public good." The Puritans tried your damned perverted ideas about the society being more important than the individual and look what happened: the Salem witch hunts, people being punished for having dissenting beliefs, and so on.

If he had to live what it was like long ago before any government intervention to keep him safe, the sniveling little asshole wouldn't last a week. That's the problem of living in a society that coddles you. You lose a respect for what it would be like without it.
Since I've been alive a whole hell of a lot longer than you have, little boy, you again show that you don't know what the hell you're talking about. When I was little, parents used to intentionally expose their infant and toddler children to kids that had measles or mumps or chicken pox so that they wouldn't get these "childhood diseases" as adults.

Vaccines actually BOOST the immune system, making it work to get you immune to certain viruses. Also without these vaccines, you will go back to the days of measles, whooping cough, polio, mumps, etc. FAR more children died from these disease than have suffered any side effects from vaccinations.

Vaccines suppress the immune system, thereby making one vulnerable to other illnesses. There have been numerous cases where a perfectly healthy individual went downhill and even died shortly after receiving vaccinations. I personally know a woman who had a healthy baby - until the baby received her shots. Now that baby is a young woman who has suffered from seizures ever since she received her baby shots. Right after she graduated from high school she came down with cancer.

Look at the high cancer rates now and look at the cancer rates before mandatory vaccinations were instituted. Of course the poisoning of our food chain with toxic chemicals plays a role, but an immune system suppressed by vaccines may be a contributing factor.

Some people can come up with literature saying that vaccinations are perfectly safe while others will come up with literature that shows the exact opposite. This shows that this issue isn't strictly black and white and that there are some questions about the safety of vaccines. Therefore, this isn't an issue that should be mandated by the government. Each person should have the right to weigh the pros and cons and make the decision for him or herself.

After all, isn't that what true freedom is all about?

It builds up the immune system and allows you to better fight off not only chicken pox, but other similar diseases better.
Not to mention that chicken pox (shingles) is usually minor to children (I recall having it around age 6, no major ill effects except itching for a week), but can be dangerous (rarely, even fatal) to adults.
