Kansas has some missles silos not sure they are still active. But with in 60 miles of Topeka we have a nuclear power plant. And remember the Russians have many more missles than you have posted locations. So the list is a lot larger than that. I know of silos in Montana
Nevada or Utah plus our famous Area 51 which has been moved to two other locations one of which has the dangerour bio weapons. Here are a few great reads on the subject

targets. All of our major cities and all of our power plants. Then all of our satellites and several high attitude burst to fry all our technology.
As many of our Military bases as possible.
Now we have no power so water, gasoline lights and all that goes with our way of life is gone. Millions dead and Millions more dying. The needs of those left will not be met. And groups will roam and take. Remember the gangs I talk about well they are as well armed as our Military per soldier one on one. The ploice will be mostly home protecting their famlies, the Military in chaos as well as what is left of America. Now I could protect myself as I have more ammo than the 2 months of food stores. I bought the ammo over the years. And I recycle my food stores. But I wouldn't want to live through this mess. Ground zero fo rme please.

1. Colorado Springs, CO (unlikely to destroy NORAD, but the seismic activity would disrupt CnC, and the admin center of the DoD would go away)
2. Nothfolk, VA (largest naval installation in the world, headquarters of Atlantic Fleet, most likely to respond to Russian attack)
3. Whiteman AFB, Whiteman, MO (Stealth Bomber base)
4. Washington, DC (duh)
5. Houston, TX (disrupt fuel supplies and sales)
6. NYC, NY (financial destruction of much of the world plus minmum 3-8 million casulaties before fallout)
7. Groton, CT (Submarine Base, Atlantic Fleet)
8. Alexandria, VA (kill remaining government officials)
9. Camp HM Smith, HI (Headquarters, Pacific Fleet (most likely to respond to an attack from China)
10. Los Angeles, CA (further economic and human destruction).

If the place is hoaching with tourists, it means there are large numbers of tourists...it's full of tourists.

I said the West Highland Way is hoaching with army training units, because there are many of them in that area.

Hoaching is a multi-meaning word though. It can also mean rotten. As in...that soup is hoachin'...means the soup tastes horrible.
