I think that every couple should get a prenup.
Other think that it is an attack on their love.
I see it as being prepared and smart, kind of hope for the best and plan for the worst. I am not saying that everyone should be forced to get one, just that it is the smart thing to do.

btw Muhammad (pbh) invented the prenup.

In Islam it is called the "Marriage Contract".

Every Muslim couple right before their marriage visits a religious scholar, called an Imam, and has him write down their personal requirements for the marriage.

Anything can be included in the Marriage Contract;
How many children the couple agrees to have.
Wherher the wife will or will not work.
Monthly clothing allowance
Her personal money allowance.
If she is to continue her career or go to school
Kind of car he is to buy her.
How big the house will be and where they will live.

Actually, anything can be listed.

After all is agreed, the document if formalized, and promised to be obeyed with a prayer and vow to God.

Many couples frame the Marriage Contract and hang it on the wall as a reminder of their committment.

Legally marriage is a contract between two individuals that join assets, responsibility, and benefits. Understanding this coupled with the fact that over 50% of marriages end in divorce, we should make the contract very clear. Adding the prenuptial agreement, there will be less time clogging the system with divorce cases and we can focus on real legal issues.
