Whatever you've heard about the gay community's acceptance of scientific studies regarding some sort of "superbug" is irrelevant to the psychological studies I was discussing. For one thing, science is not democratic. It is unapologetically objective and blunt regardless of sentiments and feelings. So to disagree with science based on compunction is really a matter of rejecting reality based on emotion.

That said, the "superbug" study you appeared to be citing was a non-sequitor. It had nothing to do with anything I said. Heck, it's not even the same academic subject. Psychology is not scientific, so comparing psychological studies to scientific studies is disingenuous.

Oh, I thought you were saying I was advocating some ill will toward someone here or something. I have never expressed hatred or wished ill will to any person here. Nor have I implied such. Just stating my opinion like everyone else. I'm not here to talk about "you" unless you make a thread as such. But I'll speak freely about the subject being discussed.

And I disagree. For starters you didn't post the "study". It might actually be bullsh*t. Secondly I was pointing out that people that support gay people will apply a much more lax requirement for legitimacy to studies that place them in a favorable light than studies that don't.

It was rather obvious that you didn't place any links to this "study" that you cited. And if you really want to be the "thread police", that would be much more useful that calling my post a "non-sequitor".

I'm sure I can find an obscure "study" that says the exact opposite if I applied a minimum of effort.

Just to be clear.
