I'm starting to lose my patience. OF COURSE it's a problem with the system! Unfortunately, it's one we can't solve! We cannot be perfect, and we need to stop killing innocent people.

You've failed to answer the question: what if YOU were the innocent person?
I did answer that question. I would do everything I could to appeal the judgment and possibly try to escape. There is nothing wrong with the punishment. We have to start punishing the guilty with the proper punishment. We need to revamp the system to someone does not stay on death row their entire life.

Yet you want to reform the system to take away those options (appealing)?

No, speed up the process. Two appeals max with a maximum of 1 year. Preferably less. Decrease the expensiveness of the punishment, make it more affordable.

That would be murder as I am not authorize by the state to end someone life as a punishment.

That would not be due process of law.

Yes, that's what I said. Two appeals? Ridiculous.

This is not consistent, and I consider this argument won. Good-bye for now. I advise you take a good look at yourself.

That makes a total of three trails. I see nothing ridiculous about that.

I would do everything in the system that I could.
There is nothing inconsistent about that. How do you find that. In that case everything I could do would be two appeals with the best lawyer I could get. You have not won by any means. I would do everything I could to appeal the judgment, which would be done with my two appeals.
