That is so f*ckin assinine - it can only be real. Put in jail with no bail until the lawn passes inspection!
Yeah, that is exactly the kind of hardened criminal I want my taxes keeping locked up. Hell, how did we all survive the risks he represents!

Hopefully when people read his story, they'll help him out with legal fees etc.
I hope that judge is an elected official and is voted out of office. What does he think this is, Gitmo?

This is the result of neo-feudalism being established all across the nation. The solution to the problem is the banning of HOA's that are not 'voluntary'
