All the more reason for these women not to let these horny bastards penetrate them. Short of that, these women need to aggressively pursue getting child support from these guys.

Why would they? They can just collect welfare while living in subsidized housing if they "don't know" who the father is.

Because we could deny them public assistance if they don't identify the father (confirmed by DNA testing).

By the way, the only issue for me in this part of the discussion is the taxpayers paying to support these people. If these people want to be sluts and sleep around and get themselves knocked up, that's their business but the taxpayers should not have to support them.
