Spanish police have dismantled the Basque separatists' most active guerilla unit, -the Vizcaya cell-, following the arrest of eight suspected ETA members, local media reported."
Spanish Police Arrest Suspected ETA Members Following Bombing Of Cantabrian Seaside Resorts | World News | Sky News These are very good news for Spain.
