Yes, I will admit that I don't like them, but that is more of a personal bais that stems from personal incidents in Seattle. So, given my bais, my assessment of them and their motivations are nothing but opinion. But anyway, there is no evidence (that I have seen) to suggest that my opinion is false, only that it is an opinion. What I said might be true, and it might not. If it happened in Seattle, I would be more likely to say that I'm right.

But I would say that the best way for the PP to prove me wrong would be to give (or sell at a dirt low price) some other land that the PP can not benefit from in any way shape or form.

Why? Because you say so? They were going to give THIS land away dirt cheap. This is the land they have to give. Why not have the AA buy land and give it away? Nah!
