Oregon Elephant, maybe it was MIG-29. I cannot tell - I am not an expert.
But the Russian officer in RT video says that number of countries, INCLUDING USA, have Russian MIGs.

Watch RT video - RussiaToday : News : Georgia behind Abkhazia tensions: Putin

Besides, Georgia said that none of its planes are missing. What does it mean? The Georgian officials cannot get their story straight or they just didn't prepare on all levels for the provocation?

The US does not have any Mig-29s (not that they haven't tried desperiately to get them, never did get lucky like we did with the mig-25 foxbat). Anyway, seeing as there is no evidence that we'd be shotting down their drones just to frame Russia at the end of a presidency, busy with another conflict, it almost certainly wasn't a conspiracy.

Georgia's always stirring up trouble. I didn't think them rednecks down there even knew where Russia was. They're just lashing out from the whole Michael Vick thing.

Yes, we have the Mig-21, 23, and 25, and we tried very hard to steal the 29 but were unseccessful.

A better argument would be that the Mig was not Russian, but Abkhazian, seeing as it was stationed at an airfield in Abkhazia (according to the Georgians). In which case, it is their air space too, so people should stop complaining about Russia.

That airbase used to be used by the Motherland at some point.

Where did you read about it?

Well, he says that Germany has MIG-29s. And Germany is a NATO country, so it would make it very easy to "steal" the Russian MIG from Germany. Don't you think?

So did you watch the RT video? RussiaToday : News : Georgia behind Abkhazia tensions: Putin

So what is the problem here? Is he complaining?

Does pro-American president (aka American puppet) of Georgia (who used to be a New-York lawyer) think that he can just send spy planes to other countries? Is he goofy or something?

[b]America might give Mr. Michail Saakashvilia a hug and a big smile but it won't feed Georgia FOREVER.....
I agreed with your comments until the "aka" rubbish.
Saakashvili has the right to accept or deny the support of what ever nation he and hopefully his people desire. That does not make them a puppet regime.

Nations send spy planes or spies where ever a threat may be posed from. Standard procedure. Russia's history would make any young government nervous when operating near it.

Or Russia purposefully gave planes (and other military weaponry) to Abkazia with orders to shoot down anything that breached their territory, a baby step for armed resistance?
