Bosnia faces vote on EU reforms or isolation (Reuters)

Reuters - Bosnia's Serbs, Croats and Muslims reached a last-minute compromise agreement on police reform that should enable Bosnia to start the process of joining the European Union soon, diplomats said on Thursday.
