Default You think you have rights? A few.

This article spells out the rights Americans have iaw the Constitution. This is a good review for those of you that think you have other rights like the right to vote in a federal election.

Good article! I've always liked Neal Boortz.

And I think the current administration, including Congress, as well as all presidential contenders, should read this article so they'll remember we DO have some rights that some want to eliminate.

Your “right to health care” would require some other person to give up a portion of their life or their property to either treat you or to provide you with drugs or medical implements. The Constitution does not provide for another individual to be indentured to you in this manner.

Therefore, you have no “right” to health care.

Deal with it.
This is what the article is about. And Boortz is completely wrong.

It is about the "right" to health care. We, as Americans, have no right to health care, even though some may think we do. He is completely right on the matter.

I live in Atlanta. He has a voice and a face for radio. He's my kind of offensive and I've been a fan of his for over 15 years.

And as usual, I agree with you Joe.

They don't have a "right" to it, they ought to have health care, but they don't have a "right" to it. That is the world of capitalist tyranny.

Yes, they muustn't let internationally recognised human rights interfere with their centuries old constitution.
