We waste too much money in the government. We need to cut spending. We have a big problem of wasteful spending. Either way we have a fairly good ranking and are a first world country, as was my original point.
I did not say only try. They have to make good decisions. That is very important. One being not having kids they can not afford. Not all of them either, most. Some just get screwed for various reasons. They are the ones that should get welfare, but they are the minority(Like the severely disabled).
