Chinese Muslim challenges combatant tag (AP)
AP - Huzaifa Parhat has been imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay for nearly six years. Yet, he never took up arms against the United States and there's no evidence he planned a terrorist attack. In fact, his lawyers say he considers the U.S. an ideological ally.

How long am I going to have to continue to hear about this stuff.....there are going to be History channel specials like the ones on the WWII Japanese interment camps on this stuff 20 years from now.

Well this is going on right now. I think it's important we hear about the human rights violations and geneva conventions violations and the US constitutional violations and the habeas corpus violations that our country is committing AS WE TYPE.
