The Capital Journal, Opinion page. Mentions a certin Mr. Smith who Mr. David Cay Jonhston used to show the inter workings of the elite and the reason for policy changes. But there are other national opinions from here in KS.

New Deputy Mayor choosen to get the Mayor out of
the way of the city council. B.S. happens and this clown is full of it.
 What about the city council continued ignoring the wishes of the people who elected the Mayor. He is looking out for the city and on two issues that the city council (where this clown was chosen to be deputy mayor from) won't accept the peoples desires over their gains if they get this crap passed. Simple power struggle but with party affiliations and personnel gains.

desire to buy a new chopter..... They have ignored firms they hire each time.
Here is a story with the answer to the buy a new chopter deal the city council has tried to get moved along. They want their cut I think.

Yea no mom or wife. I live alone. looool So I try... But take long enough to do a chore. My wife would have done 3 times to my one. And she worked hard went in early and left late as she was the dept. head.
