The article is very badly presented, it implies that the resolution was a solely islamic one and that it was a controversial thing between the muslim and western nations, but it says the resolution was passed 32-0. It also suggests that this would mean that the U.N. investigator on freedom of opinion and expression would have to go against his job, and criminalise some expressions, against the freedom of speech.
