Perhaps "Let Therm Eat Cake" would be an appropriate title for this article. It is unconscionable for an agency developed to advance the cause of human rights to spend aid money on lavish parties and multi-million-dollar murals. How the heck does money spent on this mural advance its cause? It doesn't.

I'm surprised the Spanish taxpayers picked up the tab and not the U.S. since our Congress is accustomed to throwing money away at projects that should be funded either privately or by local governments.

A panda walks into a cafe. He orders a sandwich, eats it, then draws a gun and fires two shots in the air.

"Why?" asks the confused waiter, as the panda makes toward the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder.

"I'm a panda," he says at the door. "Look it up."

The waiter turns to the relevant entry and, sure enough, finds an explanation.

"Panda. Large black-and-white bear-like mammal, native to China. Eats, shoots and leaves."

Well this is obviously done for employee health..... You know keeping people happy in the work place and such...... And no this is no suprise at all.
