I'm sorry but I'll need evidence that Chavez, a democratically elected leader that actually won the popular vote unlike either Bush or Blair, is just a Latin American thug. Where are the human rights abuses? Where are the mass graves? Where is the military control of politics?

Sorry I didn't make myself clear. I do consider Chavez to be a power-hungry crook, but he's not in the same league as someone like Videla, who made as many as 30,000 disappear during Argentina's "Dirty War."
