The reason why some Jews do not support the state of Israel is because prophecy predicts the re-establishment of the nation through a direct act of God. The current Israel is seen as a man made thing and as an attempt by man to push the fulfillment of prophecy that only God can do.

Its a lot like the whole deal over the temple mound. There is talk about getting rid of the Dome of the Rock so that the new Jewish temple can be built, but what people don't realize is that this new temple can't be built until the Jewish messiah comes since it must be built under the direction of a prophet as the Jews no longer know the exact place in which to put everything.

Absolutely true, tell that to a zionist and they soon shut up, either that or continue their ignorant arguments while ignoring the fact that they go against God's teachings.

They talk about the failure of socialism but where is the success of capitalism in Africa, Asia and Latin America?

No wonder there is a rising call by various government establishments to get control of the internet. The propaganda they need to continue this very profitable ' low grade warfare' would not stand long with honest men being able to speak their feelings in public.

It is suppose to be a direct divine act of creation. The nation is suppose to be established directly by God, not by man through treaties. It is a matter of interpretation and these Orthodox Jews view the current state as a man made thing.

What other kinds of rabbis are there, other than Jewish ones? I never met a catholic rabbi.
