Unless I see a whole lot more of these raids I will continue to view them as just dog and pony for show raids because the sheeple demand that something be done about illegal immigration. Typically, though, ICE informs the employers beforehand of an impending raid so that the employers can clean things up enough to save their own employers asses. With up to 10,000 illegals a day, every day, breaking in, this isn't even a drop in the bucket is it? Until the sheeple overrule the traitorous special interest ruling elites and pass UNIVERSAL MANDATORY E-VERIFICATION OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF EMPLOYEES these dog and pony for show only raids will continue and the employers of illegals, the ones responsible for hiring these illegals, will go on hiring illegals, and the Mexican invasion will never end.

The only way to stop 10,000 illegals a day breaking in is to force the employers of illegals to stop hiring them. With no jobs waiting anymore they won't come anymore. Most of those that are here with no jobs either will be forced to go back to where they came from.

I'm glad this thread finally got around to the business owners instead of continuing to demonizie the immigrants. Most of them are ordinary, decent people who want a better life for their families...just like you ancestors and mine. If you or I lived in Mexico with no hope we would probably be figuring out how to go to "El Norte." These raids, like so many of the acts of this administration, do far more harm than good. If you want to stop the current state then target the sources for the attraction, not the little guys that came over. Can we raid everywhere and ship out 12 million people? Of course the owners are big shot Republicans and friends of W and Dick.

the numbers most all sources give is roughly (cuz no one really knows) 1 million per year, which breaks down to 27 hundred per day. And that's the total number of immigrants, legal and illegal. The estimated number of illegal immigrants entering this country annually is on the order of 3 to 4 hundred thousand.

if there were ten thousand illegals entering daily, that'd be 3.6 million per year. Are they all living in your garage? cuz I sure ain't seen em.

according to the report I heard about this issue on NPR the 'illegals' they 'caught' were NOT only from Mexico. They were from several countries including Ukraine, Russia, China and others, and yes, Mexicans too.

If you want to hate Mexicans, that's your business, but save your racism for another topic. Illegal does not equal Mexican. Regardless of what you may like to think.

Actually John Amnesty McCain estimated that in 2002, based on various indicators, about 4 million illegals broke in. That comes to a little more than 10,000 a day.

Time did a study that indicated that in 2005, 3 million illegals broke in. That's a little over 8,200 a day.

The illegals are spreading out all over the US in every state.

So you're a Mexican I presume. I don't really need for you to tell me what to do, now do I? It's estimated that 10% of the Mexican population is in the US illegally. Of the 20 million illegals in this country, it's estimated that the vast majority, as high as 67%, are from just one country, Mexico. So, with such vast numbers of illegal Mexicans, as high as 13 million, in this country, the other ethnicities are negligible. Illegal does indeed equal Mexican. I will continue to refer to the vast hordes of illegal Mexicans breaking into this country as the illegal Mexican invasion.
