Here is some historical perspective. Us Irish left the old world for the new world back in the mid 1800's. When we joined the Civil War on both sides for three square meals a day, there was no issue North or South. It was great for us because it was better than starving to death from the famine in Ireland.

I respect immigration. My grandparents immigrated to the US from Denmark, England, and Ireland. But they did it legally, became naturalized citizens. They wanted to be American. The current illegal immigrants don't want to become naturalized citizens. They come for a quick buck and send their money back to their family down in whatever South American hellhole they came from. While I'm sympathetic, they need to come in legally. They are ILLEGAL. If they did their paperwork, learned the language, became citizens, I'd be fine with it. But they're breaking our laws, which is something a lot of people don't seem to understand. ILLEGAL.

A panda walks into a cafe. He orders a sandwich, eats it, then draws a gun and fires two shots in the air.

"Why?" asks the confused waiter, as the panda makes toward the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder.

"I'm a panda," he says at the door. "Look it up."

The waiter turns to the relevant entry and, sure enough, finds an explanation.
