Norman Finkelstein wrote a book The Holocaust Industry which explains how the Jews use the Nazi Holocaust as an excuse to commit war crimes and make Europeans feel guilty so they will pay cash for feeling sorry.

I disagree with a lot of what Israel does, but I don't think that they really use the Holocaust for political gain.

actually several european countries jail you for being holocaustic ... if one says,1 million jews were killed instead of 6, you could be plunked behind bars ... from what i have read, id go with the lower number in a true Jeopardy research game, but 1 death or 10 million is still a tragedy so why fudge the beans?

I wouldn't say jews in general abuse it. Israel, however, does. They have turned any and all possible criticism of what they do into an opportunity to make you feel guilty and think what they are doing is okay. Any criticism is automatically deflected by claiming the opponent is antisemitic.
