No, no they didn't. They did no such thing to the Jewish tribes which were expelled from Medina for betrayal and they did no such thing after the conquest of Mecca.

for those people, who surrender without fighting and didn't convert to Islam, they would have to pay "high Taxes" -in arabic: Jiziya", why they should pay taxes? because they are not Muslims.
They pay those taxes as state taxes because as non-believers they don't have to pay the Zakat which Muslims do.

You get taxed by your government to. One was a religious/faith based tax, the other was a secular one for non-believers.

Again, for poor people who can't afford these Taxes, they wound not have another choice but to convert to Islam.
Not true. In fact one of the main points of collecting the Zakat from believers was so that money could be redistributed to the poor.

If what you are saying is true then we wouldn't have seen Muslims as a huge minority throughout the early Arabic Empire hundreds of years after the death of Muhammad, yet we did see this.

The original post to this thread was entirely true. The Christian faith holds up very well under historical scrutiny.Islam does not.One person has a revelation and 1 billion people follow him..Hmmmm.If left-wing people held Islam to the same 'burden of proof' historical veracity as Christianity it would fall flat.
