That's a mighty big claim about America and Stalin. Please show me where America killed more than 10 million people between those years. Since that is Stalin's body count, I'll even start you out - 1,000,000 in Vietnam.
As far as the Khmer Rouge is concerned, it is estimated they killed over 1.6 million of their own. Nearly 21% of the population. Estimations on bombing deaths run to 150,000, hey you were only off by one zero.
