Not at all. Capitalists are good; they live in free societies.

You're right. Few things are inevitable. How about we call it 'probable'?
Any idea of how many people have died in Africa, The Middle East, Latin America and Southeast Asia to sustain the capitalist lifestyle?

Britain is very much part of Europe i'm afraid. And dont dare tell me about footing the bill. We only paid you off for WW2 in december 2006. Hardly sounds like footing the bill to me. But in you probably werent aware of that in your little capitalist propaganda world.

He could care less about people dying in those places. Your talking to a guy who said it was okay because only communists died in WW2. Ignoring the obvious falsehood of the statement, he would probably put all those other people into the bracket of communist.

I wish. The fact is that Continental military expenditures continue to decline from their already anemic levels. For the US to pull out of Western Europe under such circumstances would cause a martial vacuum and intolerable instability. The Russians would then move in to fill the void. Cowed by threats from the Russians and uneasy about the energy bludgeon with which they continue to beat you, Europe would quickly become little more than a satrapy.
Not that I would really care. If I had my way, you would never see another US soldier on European soil for any reason. And I do mean any reason (burn france, burn).

Britain is part of Europe. And yes you did touch a nerve actually, you seem to have no reason, please explain why Ameria effing off back to America would trouble Europe.

Yes, it's an all too common view amongst American capitalists that Americans are the only ones who deserve freedom.

??
How is capitalism killing people in africa? I would think the lack of capitalism is doing them a worse turn (see: Robert Mugabe).

I care very much about people dying in those places. One can only hope that the governments of that blighted continent will implement rational policies instead of the tribalist ones which dominate today.

Whatever. Continentals are Continentals and Britons are Britons. Britain got the English Enlightenmnent and the Continent suffered through the French "Enlightenment" (followed up by 19th century German subjectivism). They are geographically and philosophically two totally different animals.

Go yell at Hegel if you don't like it. He's the one who blazed the trail for all this collectivist claptrap. Well, Kant is, too. But hopefully you know what I mean.
