Shouldn't we be looking at energies that will lower costs?

I'm paying just under 10 cents a kilowatt-hour, and I don't really want a 20% increase in energy prices and I'll bet that many of the lower working class across the nation don't want a 20% increase in energy cost.

My bet is they can bring down the cost is they go into mass production of these things.
