Given all the stuff going on about being the coolest year worldwide, etc. are people still believing in global warming? Surely we can't predict climate change based on such a small period of cold weather, but isn't that what global warming supporters have been doing themselves?
I've been saying for such a long time that global warming supporters were going to be hiding their head in the sand in 10 yrs when it's been proven to be one of the biggest scams in international history, but it seems it may not even take 10 yrs for that to happen. Already the IPCC is being scrutinized. Will people apologize for getting the entire world worked up over nothing? |

I'm sweating through the evidence. Heatwave record for an Australian city, 12 days above 35c, the other night the overnight min temp was 30c. We have another three days before it cools off slightly. This is autumn.

How, exactly, does carbon "damage" the world? It's the basis of life.

It's the amount of CO2 gas in the atmosphere and its effect that's the problem.

A carbon footprint is a "measure of the impact human activities have on the environment in terms of the amount of green house gases produced, measured in units of carbon dioxide".[1] It is meant to be useful for individuals and organizations to conceptualize their personal (or organizational) impact in contributing to global warming. A conceptual tool in response to carbon footprints are carbon offsets, or the mitigation of carbon emissions through the development of alternative projects such as solar or wind energy or reforestation. A carbon footprint can be seen as a subset of earlier uses of the concept of ecological footprints. |
