Viola said she has been recycling since 1980, before anyone else was recycling. Well, that's not exactly true, I've been recycling since 1976 or 77, when I was only 7-8 years old. I used to help my uncle, we'd walk down roads, etc. I only remember the year because Pepsi had a bicentennial can in 1976. We used a magnet to tell the difference between aluminum and tin. We recycled lots of things, glass bottles, steel, etc etc.
I still do it today.
I'm a conservative, almost ultra conservative, but I would almost guarantee (I have the receipts to prove it) that I've recycled more THIS YEAR than most liberals (who say they care about the environment) on here have the past 5 years. I'd put money on it.
