Default American's Right of Power

Folks, what we, Americans, must do is use our Constitutional Right to “Force” government into compliance with the Constitution and the only “legitimate” force we have to do that with is the ballot box. That Right of Force is articulated in the Constitution in Article I, Section 2.

Article VI, last paragraph, of the Constitution clearly articulates that everyone elected to any government office, and all Judges, are obligated to swear, or affirm, to support the Constitution. No elected Official can be properly seated in any elected office without taking that Oath.

If Americans want to restore and maintain their Rights and Freedom from government abuse of, infringement on, their Rights then Americans must vote to elect only Americans that will make an honest effort to honor the Oath of Office. There are no exceptions.

Americans have the opportunity every two years to vote to hire Lawmakers to the House of Congress. Only Congress can enact federal legislation, Article I, Section 1.

When talking about political issues let’s add and discuss in every such discussion our only power to alleviate that political issue. The bottom line is the People, Americans, have no power at all to eliminate any political issue. Americans can eliminate (by not reelecting) the Lawmaker enacting legislation infringing on our Rights (political issues).

I agree, but the problem is that we are told who our choices are by the major parties. It would be different if we could choose whom to vote for, but the selections are forced on us. Ron Paul would have made a difference, but those in charge want to keep ensuring that we retain the status quo with lousy candidates who swear to uphold the Constitution while doing the opposite.

Yes, is it true that ballot access is controlled but that control does not extend to control the mind of the voter, does it?

I suppose if a voter thinks s/he can vote only for someone listed on a ballot then that voter’s mind certainly is controlled.

I some states write-in votes aren't counted so the choice is to vote for a crappy candidate or to not vote. Either choice enables the status quo to continue.

Aren't you tired of using such excuses?

The fact remains the ballot box is the "only force” Americans have over government (elected Officials/Lawmakers). Whether Americans use that force or not to control government is not my argument.

My argument is that power of force is there; reference Article I, Section 2, of the Constitution.
