Damn, chose her parents well! Now I see why McCain wants tax cuts to help her out!

Cindy McCain reports $4.2 million in 2007 income

By JIM KUHNHENN – 9 hours ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — Republican presidential candidate John McCain's wife, Cindy, is reporting $4.2 million in income for 2007 in newly released tax returns. Cindy McCain paid $1.1 million in taxes — a tax rate of 26 percent. She reported nearly $530,000 in itemized deductions.

The returns were released Friday by the McCain campaign. They show that her income dropped by nearly $2 million from 2006.

The McCain campaign had released her 2006 return in May but said Cindy McCain had requested an extension on her 2007 return.

Cindy McCain files her taxes separately from her husband.

She is heiress to a large Arizona beer distributorship and her worth has been estimated at more than $100 million.
