Obama never came out either and, like McCain said to Liddy, told Ayers or America how "proud" he was of him and the ways he lived out his principles and values.

All this says more about McCain than Obama...

What do you think board do? Boards are a group of people who share ideas in meetings and other locales to influence policy. During that time they become friends.

Except a key fact here. In September 2001, William Ayers said he wished he'd had bombed more. Ayers commits via NYT.

Obama a year later went to an event sponsored by the Chicago Public Library which Ayers was a guest. La Times article on it.

Obama a State Senator at that time, legitimized Ayers' comments as acceptable post 9/11. When Obama legitimized Ayers, he legitimized the Weather Underground.

Terrorist groups feed of being legitimized. Obama did this. Wonder how you feel if say John McCain legitimized what Timothy McVeigh did? Not too good would you. Considering Timothy McVeigh killed 168 including 19 kids.

Actually they are worlds apart. Liddy worked for the Government and went to jail over his involvement with Whitewater.. who come to distrust the Government from his own account. He preaches what the US Constitution says. That No Knock warrants are illegal and you have a right to defend yourself.

Ayers on the other hand teaches more control and death to the rich. He's a socialist who feels that only Government knows best. He was outraged because the poor weren't getting their dues (dole). Ayers rejects the US Constitution. IMHO he is scum and a wannabe Robin Hood. Personally if I ever met him, I would invite him to meet people who are 10xs harder and don't get a cushy professorship at a University like he does.

How about a little accuracy. He said he wished he had "Done" more. Not bombed more. If you cannot make your point by correctly quoting him then maybe your point is not as strong as you think.

The Weather underground did not just bomb. And he was not saying he wished he had bombed more just that more was done to advance his goal. And that may have included bombing. Either way You sound like a republican talking point.

Yes everyone who serves on a board Become friends. That is why all the republicans on that board are also Radical leftest terror supporters too. (This is sarcasm)

People become friends when they become friends. And once again you are drawing conclusions based off of your desire to believe something.

It's a ridiculous premise to me that US voters care about any of this. You have always been focused on who is going to perform best for the country.

Who is your political royalty? The Kennedys. What was their family and business background when JFK was around?

They were nothing but gangsters with Irish terrorist connections.

All this bible-thumping holier-than-thou nonsense is just that. US voters overlook anything, if it's in their interests to do so.

Simply sat on a board, huh? You forgot about the fundraiser at Ayers' home, but you know, they weren't acquaintances or anything.
