Just because two are Republicans does not make then one in the same. I don't believe that McCain will continue the failed policies that Bush has blessed us with. Hope that answers your question.

All politicians are associated, and it's the outside associations that are the most dangerous IMHO.
Too true - it didn't happen overnight and both parties were involved. The system itself is corrupt and encourages corruption.

That said - repubs had total control of the govt for 6 years - and I can't think of one thing they improved - but I know a whole lot of crap going down. So, once again - why would i vote for more of the same? Is there a viable 3rd party option? Not for me - let's get the foxes out of the chicken house and then start worrying if we replaced them with coyotes.

Please tell me one important policy McCain has said he will actually change - other then now being for more regulation and spending taxpayer money to bail out businesses. He voted with Bush 90% of the time - and hasn't said anything about changing that. Hoping he changes because he is suiting his rhetoric to the prevailing wind is not enough for me.

I was looking forward to this debate, to see if Palin could salvage something (in my mind). But i couldn't watch it. After 2 questions Palin drove me to turn it off. Her voice is like nails down a blackboard. And all this "joe 6pack" and hockey and soccer moms and whatever. I couldn't watch her even if i agreed with her policies. And then also saying "i might not answer the question the way the moderator or Biden wants me to answer it, but i'm going to talk straight to that joe fat arse (6pack) bloke" I mean how god awful is it.

Thankfully, most American's agreed with me and said Biden did better. Not that he was terrific or anything, but how do you debate a deranged hottie who speaks the language of the Amurucah idiot so well?
