Both of these parties are 'primary' parties as their gubernatorial candidates garner in excess of 15%. Therefore, they are governed by §161-§174.
§181 is not germain to the dnc and rnc. They do not 'nominate' via convention with respect to their state candidates. That said, ALL parties are subject to §192.031 regardless of how they nominate candidates and whether or not they are 'organized' or 'unorganized' which are governed under §181 & §182 respectively. Bottom line. The election is at this point illegitimate and there is an overt attempt to violate the law and steal the election. PERIOD. We shall see if they appeal to federal court. Can enough money be raised?
