There are no 'assets' there is only bad paper.
I worked this sector for years...it is complete garbage.
If you can recover 10% of bad paper...you are a king.
The average when I was working it (and I received awards) was 3%.
My average was 5.5%.
This doesn't give me a warm fuzzy inside.
