This is just sad but it just goes to show you Darwin can pop up his head any where.

Sorry, I guess that this whole, "voting" thing was actually happening.

A panda walks into a cafe. He orders a sandwich, eats it, then draws a gun and fires two shots in the air. "Why?" asks the confused waiter, as the panda makes toward the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder. "I'm a panda," he says at the door. "Look it up." The waiter turns to the relevant entry and, sure enough, finds an explanation. "Panda. Large black-and-white bear-like mammal, native to China. Eats, shoots and leaves." |

I'd agree. The kid was too young to decide if he wanted a beer or a whiskey but apparently old enough to decide to refuse medical treatment on religious grounds. The state legislature should bump up the age to refuse medical treatment to the age of majority.

It is when the majority makes oppressive decisions controlling the minority. Wiki actually has a well written article on this, On Liberty The tyranny of the majority is a dangerous thing. We already have laws that are based on that concept. |
