That is more or less the case here as well. Then again every law is that way. I have had sex outside more than once. But it was done in a location that no one would see. When I hear public I think parks, roadside, someones front yard. Basically any place a random person has a very good chance of seeing you.

This is complicated. As was stated earlier, your rights begin with yourself and end where they conflict with others rights.

I personally have no problem with seeing penis' fly about or seeing vaginas out in the open. I think that we should be more open about things. I also do not think that we should hide sex from children as if it is something dirty and wrong. But, if other people are offended by it then the states should hold referendum elections i believe.

Exactly, it isnt that I think sex is horrible. I my self do not really care to see penises and vagina's either but when it comes to children... that is the gray area. In the US you have to be 18 years of age or older to legally view pornography. There is a reason for that. When my son is old enough to understand the concept of sex then I will answer all of the questions he may have and actually educate him in the fact that sex is not horrible or something to be ashamed of. But between the time of 1 and 13 years of age they do not need to see two people making love in public. Maybe one day sex will be so acceptable where it is possible to view such things but now is that not that day.

Well, I beleive that porn should be able to be veiwed right when the person hits puberty. If they have an interest in it they should be able to see it. I do not like the fact that the government tells me i cannot watch something i want to watch on my own computer that i bought.
