Explain that to 85% of America :D Law makers name all of this kind of stuff some goofy *** "We are here to protect you just sign your freedoms over" kind of name. No one ever does there research before they make a decision, they simply say "Oh noooooooooo terrorists, oh dear save us Nanny State"
