Notthead, you need to come down to reality. Dr. Paul has no power, will have no power. The only hope America has is the republican party. The people must demand of the republican party to conduct itself as conservative. I think the republican party has already realized it's folly in acting like spendthrift leftist. One term of Obama and his vast power of senate and house will be a valuable lesson for Americans for this century. If the process of turning America communist can be prevented in the next four years.

notevenclose, The dems are finishing what the Nixon, Bush, Clinton, Admins started. Bama's cabinet is fool of the same fools that been in power. The republicans made the governement bigger, more expensive and less effective. America will be nothing but flames if people dont vote the two parties out!

I'm not disagreeing with you. I'm simply stating that Paul nor any independent will ever get the support to achieve the power to accomplish the goal of reducing big government to the street maintenance crew it should be. That republicans are as close as we'll ever get to any semblance of responsibility in a nation cursed with left wing egg suckers for a media.

I dont a gree that republicans are helpful or that neither party can help.
Unlike the libertarians and right wing nutjobs around here I beleive that the democratic party will do more to make this a great nation becuase its not run by totally self centered individuals that only seem to care about war and taxes.
