Clinton left a solid economy and a country at peace. Bush is leaving a sh*t pile. The two can't be compared. You'd need nuclear bombs...

However bailouts and loans can happen relatively soon. EXCEPT THANKS TO BUSH WE'VE ALREADY TAPPED OUT THAT APPROACH! In other words all Obama can do is make speeches. Even so the republicans will mount a major finger pointing campaign. HOW OBAMA HANDLES THAT CAMPAIGN WILL SET THE TONE OF HIS TENURE!

He simply can't afford to kick back like other president have..his presidency starts now.
