All we should say in this case is some sentiment of condolence for the family's loss, not use it to further denigrate the candidate.
If your grandmother died, and an opponent of yours said anything untoward, you would not like it at all.

In the meantime a moment of silence for a grandma that raised another's child and did the best she could. Yes, she was his "typical white grandmother", but his grandmother nevertheless. I wonder if Obama regrets what he said about her. The guilt must be terrible.

I have said far worse things about people I loved. And they of me. Lets not belittle someones relationship based on the 4 seconds you know of it.
Sorely Obama will have to celebrate a bittersweet victory tomorrow, And I think the though weighing him down is that his grandmother left him before his moment of triumph.
