At times it seems that all the hateful insults have nothing to do with politics. It's more am indication of the hatered and anger people have deep down inside that they will lash out at whatever is the topic of the day. And if there is noo topic of the day, then they will make one up in order to have an avenue for venting.

it was awful here this weekend - back to back senate ads - all negative from both sides. sometimes there would be 4 senate ads in a row. made watching the awful ga game even worse

Interesting thing, this time around the media got involved with fact checking. I don't recall them doing that before, claiming to "report" the news instead of making it by saying who lied.

Will they carry that into the off season?

Nonsense! The media didn't do any REAL fact checking. They were simply regurgitating what the biased organization factcheck.org spit out.

REAL reporters would never have reported a story without FIRST checking all the facts and getting all sides of the story. Then they would have reported the story without any kind of spin.

A panda walks into a cafe. He orders a sandwich, eats it, then draws a gun and fires two shots in the air.

"Why?" asks the confused waiter, as the panda makes toward the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder.

"I'm a panda," he says at the door. "Look it up."

The waiter turns to the relevant entry and, sure enough, finds an explanation.

"Panda. Large black-and-white bear-like mammal, native to China. Eats, shoots and leaves."
