Default Conservatives Run Up The Debt

The National Debt Clock says it all...next time you hear a conservative talking about fiscal responsibility or balancing the budget, give them a big wink for me.

BTW: McCain is promising to balance the budget...what a joker.
McCain's Week Off To Rocky Start

John McCain, who admitted on Sunday that "the economy has hurt us a little bit in the last week or two," is desperately trying to turn the political page.

On Friday the Arizona Republican sought to calm down the vitriol emanating from his crowds, facing down a few supporters who criticized Barack Obama. Then, on Saturday, his campaign leaked word to Politico that he would be introducing a bold new economic agenda on Monday.

And yet, as soon as the Senator began leaving behind last week's shadows, he stepped right back into the internal confusion and mixed messaging that has haunted his presidential run to this point.

Late Sunday evening word emerged from McCain headquarters that, in fact, there would be no bold new economic proposal to throw on the table.
McCain doesn't know if he's coming or going....

Dude,You are so far to the left you have no credibility with me whatsoever.Your bumbling answers on the gun control thread were laughable.Your arguments are like Swiss cheese:A lot of holes and they stink! Oh,I am sure Obama will be great for the economy.Tax everybody EXCEPT for the lazy pukes who have 5 kids with 5 different guys by the time they are 20 and then laugh about the government having to pay for everything(You know who I am talking about).Yeah, that's what I want,my money going to liberal social issues and entitlements for lazy *** inner city people.I'll say this again:IT IS NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S BUSINESS HOW MUCH MONEY I GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO MAY(BUT PROBABLY DON'T) NEED IT! Don't you feel glad I cleared that up for you?

Dude your so far right you have no creditability with me what so ever.
You bumbling answers in relation to social issues are so full of holes they might as well be swiss cheese.

The only thing you seem to think about is you and yours. Don't you feel glad that I have shown that your nothing more then a selfish greedy republican that would rather see the nation go to hell in a hand basket rather then pay taxes.

I have collected a whole list of those who are seriously affraid to engage me in debate...and the joke is I'm independent. If the democrats had been making the same mistakes for the last eight years I'd be attacking them.

Of course the democrats aren't the ones claiming to be fiscally prudent, for smaller government or that they would balance the budget.

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) plans to promise on Monday that he will balance the federal budget by the end of his first term by curbing wasteful spending and overhauling entitlement programs, including Social Security, his advisers told Politico.
You just can't stop a republican from promising to balance the budget...it's like dogs taking a crap on the lawn.

OF COURSE, the truth hurts them!!! Here's some more:

Gerald Ford left office with the deficit at $660 billion.

Added during Carter's four years: $337 billion.

Added during Ronald Reagan's eight years: $1.6 trillion.

Added during George H. W. Bush's four years: $1.6 trillion.

Added during Bill Clinton's eight years: $1.5 trillion.

Added during George W. Bush's seven years, nine months: $4.5 trillion.

Portion of the $9.5 trillion added to the national debt during the past 31 years and seven months that came during Republican presidencies: $7.7 trillion.

Percentage of that $7.7 trillion added during George W. Bush's two terms: 58%.

Could somebody explain again what "fiscal conservative" means?
